Mitchell comes from a long line of Memphians dedicated to serving people. In addition to a Law Degree, Mitchell has a Masters in Tax Law and is a member of Lawyers with Purpose - a group that specializes in Estate Planning.
With 30 years of experience in this field, Mitchell's mind and passion are aligned for details and problem-solving.

Erin serves as the firm's Legal Operations Specialist, working closely with clients and the legal team to support estate planning, probate, and Medicaid matters. With a background in legal administration, operations, and client service, she is dedicated to ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and cared for throughout the legal process. Erin takes pride in providing responsive, compassionate service and helping create a positive experience for every client who walks through the firm's doors.

Angela Rose
Angela is a dedicated legal professional with over 15 years of experience as a legal assistant, bringing a well-rounded background across multiple areas of law. Her career has equipped her with a sharp eye for detail, strong research abilities, and a genuine passion for helping others navigate complex legal matters.
Her personal journey caring for her mother for six years—ensuring she could remain comfortable and at peace in her own home—deepened Angela’s compassion and sparked a meaningful passion for supporting the elderly and their families.
Outside of her professional life, Angela enjoys spending quality time with her family. She especially cherishes moments with her six grandchildren and her youngest daughter, Ava, often found happily spoiling them.
Now fully immersed in estate planning and elder law, Angela is committed to supporting her firm’s mission of providing clients with peace of mind through thoughtful preparation and compassionate guidance.
