Mitchell comes from a long line of Memphians dedicated to serving people. In addition to a Law Degree, Mitchell has a Masters in Tax Law and is a member of Lawyers with Purpose - a group that specializes in Estate Planning.
With 30 years of experience in this field, Mitchell's mind and passion are aligned for details and problem-solving.

Sophia Shoenfeld
Sophia Shoenfeld is a dedicated legal professional with a strong background in communications and media. A Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Tennessee, Sophia earned her Bachelor of Science in Communications with a major in Journalism and Media, where she developed a sharp eye for detail, strong research skills, and a passion for clear, effective communication—skills that seamlessly translate into the legal field.
Before joining The Lansky Law Firm as a Legal Assistant, Sophia built valuable experience in fast-paced, high-standard environments including Country Music Television, Tombras Advertising Group, and Jupiter Entertainment. She also produced, filmed, edited, and wrote content for a variety of campus organizations, including the Daily Beacon’s digital team, showcasing her ability to manage complex projects with precision and professionalism.
Now fully immersed in the world of estate planning and elder law, Sophia supports the firm’s mission of delivering peace of mind through preparation. With plans to attend law school in the near future, she brings a focused, ambitious, and service-driven mindset to every client interaction, laying the groundwork for a future in legal advocacy.
